staffConnect™ consists of two individual pieces of software, tagging & circ. The tagging application enables users to program write-able RFID “tags” with information pertaining to a specific book or item, to which the tag will be attached. Once programmed, the RFID tag can be read by all bibliotheca smartstation™, smartstock™, smartserve™ and smartgate™ equipment including our AMH range. The circ function allows staff to perform multiple item issue, renew and return processes using smartstation™ equipment at the staff desk. The easy-to-use and intuitive design offers staff a quick and efficient method to issue, return & effectively manage all media within their library.
